I love my Eufy! I unpacked it, named her Hazel and put her to work! I start her out when I leave for work and come home to clean floors. I live in Florida so there is a lot of sand tracked into the house. I also have a big, short-haired dog who sheds a LOT. No problem. Hazel gets it all and returns to her charging station where she waits for me to get home and empty her dirt tray. Since Hazel came on board I’ve noticed I don’t have to dust or mop as frequently—a real plus! She is a bit of an over-achiever though. I came home one afternoon and she was not on her charger. I found her in my walk-in closet in a pile of shoes. I swear she was trying to polish them and ran out of juice. I keep that closet door closed now. Don’t want her to wear herself out. Seriously, it’s a great product especially for someone who doesn’t like to spend all their free time keeping house.

I was a bit skeptical, but this model had a good review in Consumer Reports, and the "price was right" for a reconditioned model. Let it vacuum the main part of the house, and then when it was finished, I re vacuumed the house and found very little "missed" dirt (and likely most came from areas where the RoboVac couldn't fit (ie under some side tables and chairs). Unit was sold as reconditioned, but looked brand new when I unpacked it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve wanted a robot vacuum for so long and finally got this at a decent price. I have an anxious cat who hides every time I use our vacuum and I was starting to have very gross floors from trying not to upset him. I got this in hopes it would be quiet enough for him…and it is! He is so comfortable with it he makes biscuits while it’s running. It brings me so much joy to have clean floors again without stressing out my kitty. Our new kitten is obsessed with it and gets excited when it turns on each morning. She thinks it’s for her to play with and is already jumping on it😂 In the first month of having it I haven’t needed to use our regular vacuum once! It is so worth the money! For anyone with cats I highly recommend this. Having the routine of it turning on the same time each morning has been helpful in setting a routine for them as well.

The media could not be loaded. We seem to be continually tracking in bits from outside. I've run eufy every day since I got it. It finds dirt and pet fur every time! It runs about 1 1/2 hours, and every time the dust bin is well filled, not packed, but pretty full. With all the obstacles in the house, the pattern it follows can seem kind of random but it does seem to do a good job. I appreciate that it goes under the beds and the sofa, where I wouldn't otherwise clean often. It does occasionally get itself hung up, once with a dryer sheet found under the bed, once with a charging cable that wasn't tucked away as it should have been. I don't think I'd leave it to run if I weren't home, but it's not done any damage to anything or itself. It's also stopped itself from falling down the stairs, every time. Edit: added a photo of the dust bin after running 1 1/2 hrs, following a visit from our large granddog.

The product arrived promptly, had all attachments included and even the remote control was loaded with batteries so I could immediately start using the vac. Heard many great reviews both online and with friends who have bought this model....and the price was right!

This is my first robovac and I did my research before purchasing. I did purchase the 3 year warranty and do realize I'd still have to use my upright vacuum for deep cleaning. I've been using it exclusively for the last 2 weeks. I do have cats and it picks up a lot of hair. It's full every time I empty the bin and have been running it almost every day. I used my upright vacuum today for the first time. I'd say it picked up about a quarter of what it normally would have picked up, so the robovac is working well. I have area rugs over wall to wall carpet and it does get hung up on them at times; it does need babysitting. One charge can take care of 5 rooms. It's great for getting under furniture and my kitchen floor. The remote control is rather slippery and only works within sight of the vacuum. It does have issues docking if it's too far away from the docking station. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others.

Wow!!! I never thought I could like a product so much. This is one of my favorite purchases of all time. I was not expecting to be so pleased with this magical device. The Eufy exceeded our expectations big time! This little guy comes out of his little home every day and put in a full 2 hours of cleaning our floors. We have cats, so there is always some hair to vacuum up, but the Eufy comes back with a belly full everyday. The floor looks clean, but he manages to find a big ol mess of dirt and hair everyday. We had an issue with one of the side brush motors after the first month so I reported it to the Anker Customer Service support team. Cecilia made a few suggestions to correct the issue, but she ended up sending us a brand new unit!!! The new bot works even better than the first one After I corrected a few obstacles that he got hung up on, the little digger is back to working non stop for 2 hours each day before he goes back to his home to charge and get ready for the next day (the only obstacles were a couple cords under the beds and couch, and a small transition spot between the hard floor and the carpeting) I cannot say enough about how awesome the Eufy 11s and the Anker support team is!!!

We live in a 400 square foot house & for months I've been wanting a robot vacuum because when you live in a tiny space every square inch gets used & therefore gets dirty. I simply cannot manually vacuum every single day. We also (& this is where you're going to lose faith in me but hang tight cause this is a testament to this vacuum's awesomeness)... ahem, we also have 2 rabbits who get hay & fur everywhere, a cat who also gets fur everywhere, & a bird. So there are many requirements of a vacuum in our house & this vacuum CRUSHES it. I have it set to automatically run every day before I get home so the house is nice & clean. It picks up most hay pieces, tons of fur, bird food, cat litter, & of course dirt. Y'all I cannot BELIEVE how much this thing picks up every day. Honestly its disturbing & embarrassing. I do empty the bin & dust out the filters every day because I have to but it sure beats being the one vacuuming. I also have a short ritual every morning where I pick up any cords on the ground & the bathroom rug or anything else that might have ended up on the floor the night before that the vacuum wont like but it takes less than 2 minutes & it's worth it. We do have area rugs (tile flooring) & it glides on & off them just fine, the bathroom rug just slips around really easy so I pick it up & hang it over the shower curtain rod. I love the job this thing does & the convenience of it. I'd buy 5 more if my house was big enough. I'm addicted.
