I got a refurbished machine, and so far I absolutely love it! It gets good coverage on my floors before needing to be recharged, and it's really easy to clean. It had a quirk of going on random night rambles (some kind of "ghost" program that I didn't set and couldn't erase), but now I turn it off and keep it off the charger once it's recharged, and it stays put until I need it again. I'm very happy I got it.

I have never owned one of these types of vacuums before, so I have nothing to compare it to. I bought the open box/refurbished one and a cheap 3 year warranty, because I was not 100% sure if this would work for me. Saved me quite a bit of money. I have spaces that would collect dust for extended periods of time, because I would have to move furniture to fully vacuum. One is a king bed on a hardwood floor, and the other a very large sectional sofa, partially on a rug and part on hardwood. This robovac goes right under there and has sucked up so much dirt, dust and hair, so I really like it. The great thing is that it will just stop and start beeping, if it has any kind of a problem. It only did this once when it got caught in my closet on a fabric robe belt that had fallen off the hanger and was not in view. The dust it got under the couch, bed and closet was what sold me on keeping it! I tend to do individual rooms, so I can move things to get more floor covered. It has a single room setting that runs for 30 minutes. BTW, my robovac looked brand new, except there were no batteries for the remote, which was not a big deal.

My son moved home for 2 months and had a Sharp robot vacuum. My wife loved it and it picked up dog hair pretty good. When he moved out, I did not want to spend $400 for a Sharp robot and Consumer Reports rated the EUFY pretty good. For just over $100 on a refurbished, I decided to give it a try. It cleans really well and we have a dog that sheds alot of hair. Every day, the robot has a bin full of hair and fine dirt. It is well worth what I paid. The robot is a random cleaner like a pinball, but it covers the floor.

I had bought another brand just before buying this eufy Boost IQ RoboVac 11S. The other brand couldn't figure out how to get out from under the couch, kept going over and over the same areas, couldn't climb up onto even low pile rugs easily, very hard to control. Then I bought the eufy. Night and day difference! Dufy has no trouble getting on/off my carpets, great suction, front cleaning brushes are longer so capture more dirt, finds its way back to charger very easily. It occasionally repeats itself in the same area/corner of a room, but that is easily corrected with the remote control, which also works very well. Battery life is great, esp. for a refurbished product, no complaints there. This is a very good deal!

With 4 dogs, 2 cats, a toddler, and a lot of back problems I am asking myself why I didn’t get one of these sooner. It’s only been three days and I love this thing. My dogs aren’t sure about it, the cats are indifferent, and the toddler thinks it’s the coolest thing she’s ever seen. My floors look so much better. With my back issues, I have about given up keeping my floors clean and now I’m walking barefoot without my feet feeling grimy. I do wish the dust bin was a little bigger, but after the first time this vacuum ran it hasn’t filled up all the way in a day, so it really is sufficient. Battery lasts long enough to clean the main living areas of the first floor of my house which is exactly what I needed. Great product for a great price!

Its pretty cool to do some passive cleaning. Best part is emptying all of the dirt that it sucks up!

I'll admit it, I was a skeptic of these robot vacuums. A little over a year ago my wife finally convinced me to buy a battery powered stick vacuum and was amazed at the job it did. The robots were still a little pricey for me. Now it's 2020, COVID is out so we are in and bored so I decided to take a look at robot vacs again. Consumer reports gave the vac a glowing review and then I found it on the Amazon renewed site. We pulled the trigger on it and very glad we did. So this little vac doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the $600 to $1000 vacuums, but it works great! Gets into places I never thought it could. Suction is more than expected too. I cleaned up my cords along the walls as it will get caught up in them. Great vac at a fantastic price. Goes back to recharge itself so all I have to do is pull and dump the catch bin, too easy!

Love this little guy so far. I used to have a roomba and it was clunky, loud, and always breaking. This vacuum was a quarter the price and superior in every way. Quiet and hasn’t broken once so far after a couple months use. I love that it has a compartment to empty instead of wasting money and adding to landfills with dust bags like the roomba. Would recommend.

I held off for years on getting a robot vacuum because I thought it would eat my rug tassles, fall down my stairs, and just generally be more work than it's worth; in addition to being a pretty big expense. This little machine is my new best friend. It doesn't require any set-up, sensors, or the like to prevent it from falling. It doesn't have any overly complicated room programming features. Just press the power button and let it go to work. The way it works it's way around the room is pretty random but if you run it frequently it gets the job done. The remote is helpful for finding it the few times it has gotten stuck on something where we couldn't see it. It has features like edge cleaning and single room but with an open floor plan it won't really be able to achieve that without some assistance so we just let it run on auto. It's super easy to clean and after an adjustment period even our cats don't seem to mind it anymore.
