Do not waste your money. Usually Hot Tools is a great product, but I did not like this one . This curling iron doesn’t get hot enough to curl thick, long coarse hair.

This one either doesn’t get hot enough or it too hot I stayed in the 350-375 range and the temp wasn’t consistent:/ so sad I really wanted this to work.

I bought this curler for my work travel to Atlanta I hadn’t tried using it until today 1/13/22 and it never heated up I’ve plugged it in various outlets the light turns on and doesn’t heat up at all I’ve left it on for over an hour and nothing. I don’t have the box anymore. I just messaged that I’d like a replacement or a full refund. This is disappointing I’m a loyal target shopper and this is my first bad review

Terrible. Burned my hair off on lowest setting. Do not buy.

So strange. My curls are fine using the other wands and irons I have but with this one they fall completely straight within 5 minutes. Even with hairspray and holding scrunched until they are cool.

It actually doesn’t work well with fine hair despite most reviews raving about how great it works.

DO NOT BUY. This curling iron fried my hair off and burnt it. It continued to fall out and left a horrible burnt smell in my hair.

Doesn't get Hot Enough, Curls Fall Flat In Minutes

Curls just would not hold. It has a good hand feel and is not super heavy, it just doesn’t curl.
