I was hoping this curling iron would work much to my dismay I have to return it. It doesn’t retain heat or hold curl.

Gets hot but my curls won’t stay! I have a wand with no heat settings that make my curls stay even after sleeping on them. With this iron my curls fall flat after 10 minutes, maybe less.

This curling iron had different heat settings but had to turn it up to the highest setting to get heat. It squeaked badly every time I opened and closed the handle. And it made my hair frizzy. I returned this and got a Connair ceramic.

I’ve purchased 2 of these irons. I love how hot it gets and it curls my hair. I hate that both springs have squeaked and then they get stuck. When I try to close it snaps shut. Certainly I’m not the only person this happens to. Please improve the spring!!

After the first use, clamp was really creaky and my hair kept getting caught in it. Didn’t hold my curls past 1 hour even with hair spray. Only paid $27 so I guess I got what I paid for. Wish I could return

This curling iron makes beautiful bouncy curls. However, after using it for a WEEK, the clamp gets stuck in the out position and makes curling my hair more irritating and difficult. My other curling iron does not have that issue, but I wanted a thicker barrel. I wanted a different brand, but this was the only one available at the time. I probably wouldn’t recommend.

I have had 4 of these because.they give me a lot of body in my straight, fine hair. HOWEVER, the clamp never lasts. You need to improve e that mechanism or pro use an extra replacement clamp right in the box!

I bought this because of review I thought it would curl my hair but after 1 hour of this I only ended up with burnt hair maybe I’m just not good at curling my hair but I’m returning.

It was nice but did not hold a curl in my medium long hair. My hair curls easily and holds a curl for some days. However my curl fell out 15 mins after I styled my hair. Very disappointing.
