It works great for the price! I got the 1.5 in and it’s I do my hair really fast now(I love long think hair)

Hot Tools are the best. This curling iron heats up fast and holds the hair to get the perfect curl.

This was the only curling iron under 1" that I could find on the shelf at Target. It was easy to use, and I didn't burn my fingers. I'm not sure how safe it is for daily use in terms of drying out the hair, but it worked well for my special event. I have straight medium thick Asian hair, and 410 degree setting worked well. I heated it up for at least 15 minutes before using it. Then curl a small section, spray hairspray, hold until dry and cool, then let go. The curls lasted 11 hours even after working up a sweat from dancing, running to and from a stuffy dressing room, and being under hot stage lights.

My hairstylist recommended Hot Tools so when I needed a new curling iron I picked this guy up! I've had it about a month and used it a handful of times. I love it so far, it heats fast, easy to use, cord swivels so it doesn't get tangled during use. I also like that the black part at the top stays cool and is a little bit bigger than other curling irons I looked at, which has helped me not burn my fingers (goodbye old curling wand, you've been replaced!) I have long, medium thickness, naturally wavy hair and this curling iron does a nice job with it!

This was a great purchase. I love the fact that I can change the temperature- I have very fine hair and it helps to be able to lower the heat.

Perfect size for my length hair. I reaaaally wish there was a 1/2 inch but this is still thin enough to give me the perfect curls. Gets so hot, but doesn’t absolutely burn my hair LOL. Very much worth the money! Perfect addition!!

This is my second iron of this type and I love them. They are gentle on my hair and I love the way they style.
