I almost never have to shave! This has worked best on legs and arms, at least for me.

This device did great job. I have PCOD that’s why have excess hair on my face and body.I had to shave every other day but now I am using it last 6 month and 80% of my body hair already reduced. So happy with the result.

Since puberty, I have struggled with strawberry rash every single time I shave which takes weeks to clear up. I'm Puerto Rican/Irish, with light skin and thick, dark, wiry hair. I have to shave down (as opposed to a much closer shave up) in order to somewhat avoid the painfully itchy bumps in nearly every hair follicle, which made shaving not worth it for me. After 6 weeks of use, I absolutely can see and feel the difference. I have used it about once a week, but sometimes twice in a week, so probably I've zapped each area about seven times, and I only shave when I know I have time to devote to using this thing after a shower. I'm not expecting to look like a dolphin, but the hair on my legs (especially my lower legs with darker/thicker hair) is barely growing in at all at this point. My pubic area has much softer, less dense hair (this area was basically always uncomfortable, whether I shaved or didn't, due to how thick the hair was). And my armpits are growing in way thinner, less dark, and no more irritation bumps. Using it is definitely a time commitment, takes me a solid hour to zap all the areas I'm doing, but the difference is actually life changing for me as someone who has dealt with strawberry rash and ingrown hairs my entire life. For many years I simply didn't shave (or would shave about 1 time ever few months), which I didn't bother me tremendously, but I feel a lot more confident going into the warmer season than I have since ... ever.

I bought this about 2 months ago, I have used every week in all the areas I want to treat (legs, underarms, bikini) and I am having fantastic results. Almost no hair in some areas after 6 weeks. It is very easy to use and now I treat all areas very fast.

It worked so well. After just 1 treatment, the spots I hit stopped growing hair. I am going to need to do a couple treatments because I missed areas. I will say I have a light to medium skin tone and dark hair.

I have done 8/12 weekly treatments and I'm so impressed with the results I have had. I previously tried laser. When I did laser I didn't see any improvement and it hurt a lot. Using this IPL device I am almost entirely hairless and it isn't painful.

It’s working! I did laser hair removal once for over $350 on my armpits and down below in late winter and it absolutely worked, but for it to be permanent I’d have to go back multiple times. Sure enough, it came back, but since they won’t do the laser on tanned skin, I couldn’t go until the following winter. I bought the Braun and I’ve been using it weekly for a month now. My armpit hair and bikini lines are almost gone, what’s still there grows in much slower. It’s obviously harder to do the Brazilian area with this over having someone do it in a salon, but I’ll keep working at it. I’m very impressed with the results. I do have very dark hair, which I know helps for removal. I also use it at the highest setting, which can be uncomfortable, but it’s better than having to shave constantly and deal with razor burn!

I was skeptical at first, but after 4 weeks,I can already tell it’s working. I had some really stubborn hairs, and while I don’t think they will all go away permanently, there is noticeable reduction which is all I was hoping for. My only issue is with the instructions. They say that if there is a red flash, the skin area is not ready. There are two red flashes - on the sides (what the instructions actually reference) and also when you press the button to remove the hair. This led to some initial confusion.

I want to give an honest review to provide other people with information that I was seeking when I was shopping around for an at-home hair removal. I have not tried any of the other brands, so don't have anything to compare it to, but I have found this to be very effective. I have had professional laser hair removal done in the past, but it has been long enough where I was starting to notice some regrowth. I also wanted more areas treated, which in a salon would be quite a hefty price. So I began to explore alternate options. I have now had it for about 5 months and feel the results are worth the price tag. I stayed consistent with doing it weekly for the first 6 weeks. I started to notice some regrowth again a few weeks ago (because that's how hair cycles work) and with a treatment once a week, I've already noticed significant improvement again. The perks of not having to pack a razor when I travel and not having to deal with any pesky ingrown hairs is just wonderful! With all that being said, I do have light skin and darker hair, which helps the IPL to be most effective. Also if you are doing a lot of areas at once, I do notice the longer you use it the slower the laser becomes. If that bothers you, you could break up the sessions. Lastly, it says the light is safe for eyes so does not include protectant glasses - but it really is quite bright! So to be extra cautious, I purchased a pair of IPL laser protectant glasses off Amazon for maybe $10. I hope this helps!
