Just received item. And, it’s used. Has hair in it. Dirty. Unbelievable! They are out of stock and now I can’t get one. So disappointing. Very awful on Targets part selling me a used product.

My package is arrived today and noticed that its used! There are so many scratches on the battery, and the velvet material inside the box clearly shows that it has been used before. I will never use something that has been used by someone!! What kind of brand you are? How come you put the customer stupid? New box always smels NEW and the things are always seems NEW! I didnt pay for the refurbished one i paid for the new one! You gotta send me the new one or take it back!

It was used. It has black hairs all over it. They didn't even bother to clean it off. Gross! The cord has yellow stains all over it too.

It ruined my tattoo and burnt the crap out me. I do not recommend this. Maybe a little warning. I should sue!

This product stopped "detecting" contact after only 6 months. Even with full contact on a large, flat piece of skin, the indicator lights remain red. I've tried both the large cap and the precision cap with the same results. Very disappointed to spend so much on a product that didn't last and won't be replaced by Braun.

I was initially pleasantly surprised by this device. It really did start to see hair reduction results after a few uses. However, the device started to malfunction after only 3 1/2 months. It wouldn't flash, despite being in full contact with skin. Sometimes after unplugging and restarting, it would flash a few times but then would once again stop working. I contacted Braun since it was still within the 1-year warranty period. They let me send it in for repair or replacement. However, they sent me another MALFUNCTIONING DEVICE. Just tried to use the device they sent me (unclear if it was allegedly repaired or if it's a totally different replacement), and it DOESN'T WORK AT ALL.

I wanted to go back and update the review I left 4 months ago but don't have that ability. I was having great success with this device for the first 12 months. It was taking longer than expected, but the results were great. Then at not even month 13 the zaps slowed WAY down. I couldn't even finish an area because it wasn't working properly. There's absolutely no way that I used up the thousands of zaps that it's reported to give. I had a major event this summer and just now have the time to sit down and write this, but I'm really disappointed. This was expensive and time consuming, and should have definitely lasted much longer than one year.

I bought just before Christmas in 2022. Started out strong. Did a few treatments, and I thought it was working. And then nothing. The unit doesn't flash. The sensor says I'm in full contact, but yet, no flashes. Sadly disappointed. I had high hopes.

This isn't worth the cost for how sporadically it functions. When it feels like working it's speed and effectiveness is great. It's sensor is far too inconsistent or sensitive for the cost. It's so frustrating that i go back to an off brand IPL that cost 1/3 the price.
