Initially I thought I was seeing positive results, but today the hair on my legs is more plentiful -- I'm both perplexed and disappointed.... I've been using the unit for 6 weeks now, just used it 3 days ago for that sixth time, and I have been using it on a weekly basis. I've had very little luck with underarms and lip area, and yes, many times this unit has given me a hot burn sting that was strong enough for me to rethink using it, and I don't use the highest setting. I have a light/med. skin tone and dark hair too. The other concern, the upper lip hair has not only been tough to get a positive result from, the upper lip area hair is now actually growing back thicker, so think twice before doing the upper lip area. Bottom line, the unit has varying results and concerns as well.

Took 18 weeks (once weekly treatments on maximum setting) for all hair to be gone. I then tried to move to the maintenance routine of once every 4 weeks and almost all hair grew back by the 4th week. Then tried once every two weeks for maintenance and that didn’t work either. I am currently doing a treatment once every week again and that seems to be the only way I don’t have to shave every single day still. I am impressed it got rid of hair at all, but disappointed that it doesn’t not last like the website claims.

I’ve been using it every single week for three months now and still don’t see much results. Some spots are hair free, and everything else still has hair. I am really not happy with the results.

Purchased Dec. 2022, therefore I've had plenty of time to see the long term results. And, at best, the results are inconsistent. I can sometimes go a few weeks in between treatments, but lately that's dwindled to a week. At this point I could just shave with a razor. Definitely not going hairless even a month. I have light-med skin and darker hair. Maybe it's an issue with my remover, but at this point it's a waste of my money. Underarm hair will not budge away at all, bikini area is spotty at best, and most upper lip hair is back after a few days.

I bought this in February and used every week for 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I switched to every other week so I could have a better sense of how it was working. I think because you have to shave before you use it, it makes it hard to tell if you're seeing results. After I started using it less often I realized I wasn't seeing removal, just slowed growth. Big disappointment since the 100-day guarantee time had passed. Not worth the money - I wish I had tried a cheaper competitor instead.

I bought this at the end of February. I have ghostly white skin and dark black hair so I should be an ideal candidate for this product. I have tried it on arms, armpits, chin, and legs and have always used it on it's strongest setting and followed the recommendations to treat once a week. My only praise for it I that it didn't do "nothing" since whenever I do 2 or 3 weeks of treatments in a row my hair growth is visibley slowed and I temporarily seem to have less hair. There is no sign of any permanent reduction for me even after many treatments though. Whenever I skip a week the hair growth comes right back to it's original thickness. This would still be an acceptable result for me if it was quick and easy enough to use on a weekly basis, but this device is tedious and poorly designed. I had choosen it for it's quick flashes, but it will only flash quickly for about 30 seconds before it starts to overheat, and then it slows down a lot. The overheating was bad to start out, but seems to get worse and worse with time. I find that I can treat for about 3 mins, then have to let it cool for about 5 mins before resuming treatment, otherwise it gets hot enough to burn. To treat both arms takes about an hour. The skin tone sensor is useless too, often refusing to flash if there is a slight shadow or if the angle isn't quite right, and there is no option to disable it. For context, I had both legs professionally lasered about 10 years ago, and saw a permanent reduction of at least 60% of my leg hair...this in contrast has zero permanent effect, it's more like waxing that last slightly longer.

Quite disappointed. I bought this November of last year and after about 6 months it started really struggling to flash. The process started taking really long and it wasn't worth it anymore. Also, I have fair skin and dark hair, so I was hoping it would be quite effective but some areas of my body only reached about 60% hair reduction in that amount of time (was using it weekly). The skin tone sensor is quite annoying to deal with and I wish the max power on this was higher. I'm buying a more powerful device without the sensor.

I purchased this around Christmas 2022. Started using it weekly since February 2023. (6mo). I have fair skin and black hair. It is not working AT ALL on me! I really had high hopes for this tool. Huge waste of my time and money. Very disappointed.

I've had this for about 8 months now. At first it seemed to be working, I could go an extra day without shaving. But it hasn't gotten any better than that. I bought this because I thought it would leave me hairless for a lot longer than a day, so I'm disappointed. I also have fair skin and dark hair so I expected it to work for me.

Will be returning, the sensor was white and depicted "safe mode" on my legs, but ended up burning me on the lowest setting on my second use. Perhaps not for my skin tone, and the sensor failed its safety feature.
