This arrived used. It has hairs on it and it already has scuffs. Unbelievable. This is disgusting. Never recommending this brand for 300 dollars.

This was used. I received a product that had hairs all of the machine. Hoped the other reviews were one offs but they weren’t. So disgusting.

I was so excited to unbox this and start using it as soon as I received it. However, once I opened it, I noticed so many little black hairs ALL OVER the item. I wanted to vomit. Immediately washed my hands, wore gloves and put it back in the box. I had to drive to Target and return this. Beyond gross, unsanitary, inconveneint, and just disappointing. I really want this item but only if brand new and unopened OBVISOULY. I mean for $360, I'm pretty shocked. How can I ensure that the next one I buy is in fact BRAND NEW?

I have had mine for 7 months but since we moved during that time I was just busy and didn’t use it much. I have only used this 12 times on my chin so that doesn’t take long and it quit working! I am so sad 😞. I spent way too much money for it not to last.

The tape on the box was already cut, razor wasn’t used but the IPL machine had hairs on it, purchased somewhere else

I've been using this product religiously for months and have seen no results. I have light skin and coarse, black hair.

The first Braun Silk Expert Pro malfunctioned and Braun replaced it. The second one just doesn’t work. It helped a little on my legs, but did absolutely nothing on my face. Wish I had saved my money and gotten a professional laser treatment.

I did laser hair removal at a spa and purchased this device just to maintain. It takes multiple attempts to get the flash to happen even when placed properly. The device has barely been used and the flash actually works only 1 out of 5 attempts even when the light says it’s properly placed on my skin. It’s out of warranty and never worked properly and didn’t maintain my hair removal at all. This just wasn’t worth the cost for me since it doesn’t work properly.
