Scent is a little strong which is no big deal all hair dye has a strong scent. Worked great for covering my grey hair. I will def continue to purchase the cartridges. Did not tangle my extremely thick wavy curly long hair. If you have long hair I would purchase 2 cartridges

No more hassle of having to clean up a huge mess after dying your hair. The cartridge is easy to insert, and then you just simply run the device through your hair and it applies the dye.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a game changer!!! So easy, fast and actually enjoyable! I did my root touch up in less than 10 minutes. I don’t think I can ever come back to regular box haircolor! The device makes it so easy to apply and I don’t have to worry about missing spots. I feel like all I needed to do was brush my hair with it. Instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I love that the cartridge is reusable. After my root touch up the cartridge was ¾ full. With box haircolor it always felt so wasteful to throw away half full bottle. The formula was a little more liquid when my usual haircolor so I was wondering if I need to apply more but I decided to trust the process and the color turned out PERFECT! As a blonde, I am always concerned about becoming orange or purple but the color looked amazing – so even and radiant. I have to admit, if before I was dreading it, now I am looking forward to when I need to color my hair next! Can’t recommend Colorsonic enough!

This ended up being much easier than I expected, about 1 hour from start to dry and styled hair. I did root touch up after watching a number of videos and I’m thrilled with the results. The color is vibrant, it’s not flat, and I only spent about ten minutes applying the actual color. Hardest part was selecting my color. One request, please add your Le Color Gloss line as an option in the future. That’s one of my favorite products and it would be awesome to be able to use this tool. This is going to save me a ton of time and money being able to do almost everything at home.

It grows fast, and greys show quickly on dark brown hair. This is super quick, easy to use and covered all my greys. The first time I tried it, I used too much color on my roots, evened it out and it turned out fine. Two weeks later the dark brown still looks shiny, fresh and no fading. Love Colorsonic! It’s my new go to color routine.
