[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing claims that a single cartridge does 1 full hair color or 3 root touch ups. I got my roots and half my lengths done before it ran out and half my head wasn't colored yet. So if you do purchase this. Make sure you buy multiple cartridges. Aside from that, it does apply to the roots pretty well, the only reason is got 2 stars instead of 1. Doing the lengths of your hair with it, just takes too long id rather use my hands or a color brush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sooo I had high expectations for this hair coloring device, I read the instructions and did exactly what they said. Colored just my roots. Let it set for 30 mins, rinsed and used the provided conditioner and rinsed it out. You can’t see that it dyed any of my grey hairs. So I personally wouldn’t purchase this especially for the price! If it did work, I would consider purchasing it, if I colored my hair at home. Maybe it would work better on shorter thinner hair. I have long thick hair

The completion time is closer to twenty minutes, rather than the claimed five, due to the multiple steps involved. Furthermore, the device's perceived quality is subpar. The setup is easy enough, but it's not less time-consuming than just using your hands to distribute the product. There were still drips even when following instructions to minimize them. The dye smells like rotten eggs and left my well-brushed hair incredibly matted in the shower until I applied conditioner. My hair looks slightly darker, which is what I expected, but gray coverage is non-existent. I did not notice any other changes, including with shine. If you dye your hair at a salon a lot, this may be more useful to you and may save you money. If you are used to dyeing it at home, it's not worth it, especially at this price point.

It was little frustrating to figure out and I didn't have any change worth to share because my hair is darkish brown almost black and as seen in picture of different colors it doesn't change. I wanted more of blonde caramel but I guess with more darker hair it's harder to see the notice Maybe try again later

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product isn't for thick hair .. I have very thick and somewhat longer hair, and there just isn't enough product in the cartridge for someone with thicker hair. If you have a shorter hair style, this may work great, but I'd need multiple cartridges, which I guess doesn't surprise me because I usually need two boxes of bleach/dye. I thought this would be more convenient, but for the price of the device itself and then the replacement cartridges, they are way too expensive. For the price, I could get a few boxes of hair dye. I won't be replacing the empty cartridges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of the color sonic hair color device was a great idea. Unfortunately I did not have a first good impression. For longer hair you would need atleast 3 to 4 pods. I have longer hair so 1 pod was not close to enough. When I was using it the dye was dripping from the holes even when I wasn’t pressing the button. My hair was getting tangles and I even brushed it beforehand. I would say the L’Oréal color sonic would be a great fit for someone with shorter hair.

This product is just to spit the color on your hair and that part is okay but not 130 dollars okay- it DOES NOT come with hair color you have to buy those seperate for 30 bucks plus tax! That’s outrageous and this fades so bad- it’s just box dye nothing special and no different ingredients to this color. All you are paying for it the machine which is just combing it through. A major rip off and none of the review photos are great note the hair all looks dry, scraggly, broken and lack luster. Not worth the high cost the salon doesn’t even charge 160 for a deposit color!!! It cost 160 to buy this and the hair color tube which you must spend 30 bucks every time you wanna dye your hair which will be often this fades so so bad

I always use the same color when I do it from the box and it’s good but this left me with purple hair.

I purchased right after I saw a commercial for PO b my tv, I have very arthritic hands and bad shoulders so I thought it would be awesome for me, Well I thought wrong! This concept is good except for they should offer more than 1 brand of clarol color…. This brand I only got a few3 1/2 instead of 2 months before I needed a retouch
