I like that there is an all natural packet in the container to make the pills smell citrusy like oranges. I don’t like that they get stuck when I try to swallow, I wish they had a soft gel version so it would be easier to slip down my throat. You do burp up the orange smell of the pills, if you have trouble swallowing. DEFINITELY eat food with the pills. I felt nauseous when I was in a hurry and didn’t take with food. My urine has been highlighter yellow ever since I’ve been taking these. I thought I was dehydrated this entire time until I read another woman’s review. Someone mentioned on the frida site how there should be higher amounts of certain ingredients. I’ll most likely seek a different pill after I finish this container off.

It really hurt my stomach, and I made sure to eat with food. I never have issues with pills or supplements. I also got a terrible headache with these.
