[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item arrives with a set of two supplement containers. The capsules are relatively big, but very lightweight. I don’t struggle taking them, and find that they don’t have an after taste. My husband had taken his routinely. It’s a nice way for couples to be proactive about their health together. Tbh I did not look up the data on the efficacy of preconception pills, but I don’t mind taking extra supplements since these appear to basically contain vitamins and antioxidants.

One of the best parts was that thus was vegan friendly since the guy and I are both vegans. We cared less about the fact that it was made in the United States of America, but if that does it for you and your parents you might love that part too.

They were fine for me, but gave my husband “roid rage”

Unfortunately these made my husband throw up and made him feel sick. I felt a little off as well so I just started taking mine at bedtime and haven’t had any issues. These do make your pee highlighter yellow color and they taste like orange flavor. I’d recommend taking with food or before bedtime.

Do NOT take these on an empty stomach you will be sick as a dog. I just started taking them and have learned my lesson.

The B12 is cyanocobalamin an it is toxic to the body I will never use this form of B12. So trying for a baby an having the right vitamins is a must the Vitamin C is also absorbic acid an it’s so hard on the gut . So sadly I want be trying these the supplements an I was so excited to get these . I just hope in the future more companies will pay more attention to the ingredients bc some ppl have bad reactions when it comes to cheaper forms of vitamin ingredients..
