I can say these don’t upset my stomach like other prenatal vitamins have so that’s a plus for me.

I’ve only been taking them for a few days so I can’t say if they’ve helped me conceive or anything BUT I do feel a lot more energized since I’ve been taking them! These are loaded up with all the vitamins you could possibly need and I really like them. My partner has been taking the male ones and really likes them too!
