Whomever invented this should pat themselves on the back for making such a high quality product that works great. I absolutely love that it comes with two sets of supplements that are for male and for female use because it does indeed take two to kickstart this journey. The ingredients are superb and they're the perfect size. I really like that there are no preservatives, no gluten, are NON-GMO, and also vegetarian too. The supplements come in a screw on container that seals tightly. The supplement is in the form of a capsule, which makes it very easy to swallow. The instructions say to take two capsules a day. These capsules are easy to digest, and have a nice flavor upon entering the mouth. Both my husband and I noticed a hint of orange flavor, prior to swallowing the pill. I take the supplements each morning, after eating breakfast, and do not get any nausea from the supplement. I love that the supplements are gluten-free and made without preservatives. The ingredients help my husband and I get ready to conceive and begin our family. We are definitely going to continue using this set through our preconception journey!

They are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. The capsules for females contains Zinc and Selenium to maintain egg function. The capsules for males contains B12 and zinc to maintain sperm health.
