Bought these because generally the "Amazon Choice" means the produce will probably be as advertised assuring overall satisfaction. These bands, however, do not live up to the branding. They are extremely thin, which by itself is not necessarily a problem. But when the bands are so thin that they are hard to separate and use, that's a problem. In fact, the black band in my package was apparently heat damaged when I received it. Because the band was so thin, it stuck together like melted plastic. It eventually ripped and I threw it away. I should have returned them but I waited too long. The other bands in this pack are OK, but I will probably will toss them, too. Especially now that I spent a little extra money to buy the YUHENGLE Resistance Bands. These are exactly what I'm looking for: Sturdy and well made.

Not durable, material already breaking down. Sticks to itself like a used balloon. Has defects like a used balloon. Compared to bands of a different brand purchased same week, total piece of garbage. Flaws in the material are a safety risk. One of mine broke just getting it unstuck from itself in its case. The others have weakened on the fold lines significantly.

No ma’am. I went with these because of the price and the reviews. I wish I would have read the reviews instead of going off the star rating. Believe the reviews about them rolling. They are poor quality and roll/scrunch up when doing any leg work outs. I haven’t tried them with arms but my guess they would be better for that. Do not get these if you plan on using them for leg workouts.

If I could give these zero stars I would. They were shipped quickly but that was the only positive part about these bands. They smell absolutely terrible and the stench has yet to dissipate. The minute I started using them they immediately roll into a thin tube that hurts so much I can't even use them. When they get that thin rolled up it just digs into my skin to the point I am in a ton of pain. Buy anything else. Really...I have no idea why this product has so many good reviews. These things are going in the trash where they belong. What a waste of my money.

I developed severe hip pain from using these for my ankle tendonitis. I was even using the x-light ones. You should not use these for physical therapy. I also previously had similar bands and I used them for booty shaping workouts and developed the same severe hip pain. I do not reccommend any product like this or similar, they should be restricted to sale by a physician. Worse yet, my pain developed 2 days after the return window closed, which made me so disappointed I wrote this review.

Although I’ve had these bands since Dec 2019, I used them for the first time today. I was doing a simple floor exercise with the black band—-supposedly the heaviest. It broke after one set of 15. I am a 5’2” 114 lb 70-year old woman, if that gives you some perspective. Also, I felt very little resistance. I started with a lighter band, and moved to the black band immediately. Very little resistance with it also. I would request a refund, but, obviously, it is too late.

I bought these because it was a very affordable price, despite what the reviews said. If you are a thin person/don’t have thick thighs, then THESE are for you. But if you are bigger and have thick thighs, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING THESE. The bands worked properly the first 3 days, then after I noticed how it started rolling up/down my legs. I had to adjust the bands like 5 times during a rep. The weight in the bands are great, but the bands are not durable. You need to buy a thicker band material to have a good workout. Whenever I use the bands to workout, I get frustrated because I have to fix the bands every few seconds. While I was using the medium bands for lat pull backs, the band actually ripped. Soooo it’s really cheap material, but if you are a tiny person then you would love these for you !

I ordered these originally in Oct 20 for a Christmas Gift. A month after the recipient starting using the bands the Green (XLight) snapped/busted during use. I requested for the one band to be replaced but they replaced the entire package. This was fine and I was happy with the replacement. Now after a little over a months use on the replacement bands the Blue (Light) band has snapped/busted. It does not appear that I can put in for another replacement - states past date. I understand they probably do not have a lifetime guarantee but after a month or so usage a couple days a week proves this is not a durable product. Would not recommend.
