Very difficult. Overkill for my needs.

I got a green (beginners') band from my physical therapist and after several weeks, I was thinking of advancing to the next level. I started with green from this set and it was like wearing nothing at all. I moved through each of the bands, and the fourth out of five (2nd hardest) still did not provide the resistance of the "easy" band I already had. I stopped at that point, as I didn't need 4 useless band and 1 that was probably the same as what I already have. I am 100 lb female with VERY weak legs (part of why I need PT) and these were not nearly enough for my legs. Maybe for an equally small woman with very weak arms.

Too short in length I don’t feel like it’s flexible enough!

My Medium broke after 4 uses. It could be from me sanitizing it after every use so not counting that issue. I use it for ankle rehabilitation and eorking our. They weren’t as stretchy as the ones at physical therapy, they did provide a good amount of resistance but tend to keep stretched after more use. They were a little bulky for me as I am 5’ and 100lbs. Mostly, I dislike how often they roll up in spite of the tension I create.

I love these bands! I use them in my daily workouts, however after having them for a little over 2 months they snapped! I wish there was an option to order just one to replace the one that is now broken instead of ordering the full set.

I bought these as I am on an extended traveling experience. I have had this product for about 7 months and one of the bands started tearing and is no longer usable. Fit Simplify support was understanding and said that they would issue a refund. Unfortunately, I can't replace the product because I am traveling and the shipping costs are too high. I do like the product when it worked and I used it 4 or 5 times a week but it really didn't last very long. For most people, this won't be as big of an issue as it will be easier to get a replacement if you are already in an Amazon delivery area.

The bands do what they're supposed to do, but I was quite upset to find that EACH ONE was individually wrapped in plastic (not to mention the plastic it came wrapped in)! Why do companies do this? Everyone knows there's a plastic pollution problem around the world. This product... is exercise bands! Throw them in a cardboard box, or nylon bag and be done with it!

If you are just beginning then these should do the job for you! but if you are looking for the best resistance than I do not recommend these. I bought these before I bought my X-bands and I could say the X-bands are definitely a lot stronger! When I got these I went straight to the black and did not use all other colors as they were way too weak. They tend to roll up as well! The black wasn't too bad but if you are looking to make some real booty gains then go for "The x-bands" on amazon!! Not the greatest but also not the worst. Definitely love the x-bands a lot more!! (They don't roll up either). Attached is a picture of the x-bands that I recommend!
