They are good but you can barely do any movement with them before they pop off, but they do add good resistance to my everyday workouts

I primarily use the black band but have had to use the yellow one due to an injury. It rolls up and sticks to itself. I haven't had any issues with the other two (haven't used blue or green) and I've washed it several times to see if it helps but it doesn't.

Pretty colors, well packed, will use to build strength in arms and legs. Looks pretty cheap though.

I purchased these bands after I had an exercise class at a local pool that used bands. The only problem is that the resistance in these bands is very light. I have to use the extra heavy duty to have the same resistance as the medium bands at the class I took. I'm 66 so I'm not a 30 something athlete. I guess I can try doubling up on some of the light ones.

I was really excited to use these, but they roll while you are exercising and it is painful. I would not recommend them.

I love using these as part of my workout routines as they are versatile. Alot of the reviews are true though. Over time they become more elastic and lose their resistance and crumple up. The crumpling I don't mind because it still does the job for resistance purposes and isn't uncomfortable for me to work with but everyone is different! I use these at least 2-3x a week!
