Warranty returns

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug was a warranty replacement. Hydroflask apparently sends replacements they can’t sell in store. The color sent as a replacement is hideous. I don’t own many hydro flask products, but won’t be purchasing any more.

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My disappointment with HydroFlask products has grown with each purchase. Multiple product failures and I now had to pay for returning defective product. All of my 5 items returned were deep, rich colors. I requested a dark color to replace my 12 oz mug; I was sent Lupine. Having to pay to return defective products is bad enough; going against a specific request for a replacement is OFFENSIVE.

Don't buy this

Not worth the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was unpleasantly surprised the exterior of the cup was plastic and it did not keep my beverage hot. After less than an hour my tea was room temp. This was not a good choice.

The lid just doesnt work, maybe its the lid on this mug? Why design like this if intended for travel? Spills everywhere, please design a new lid for it
