Doesn’t keep my coffee hot. Very disappointing. Would not buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mug was a warranty replacement. Hydroflask apparently sends replacements they can’t sell in store. The color sent as a replacement is hideous. I don’t own many hydro flask products, but won’t be purchasing any more.

Multiple product failures and I now had to pay for returning defective product. All of my 5 items returned were deep, rich colors. I requested a dark color to replace my 12 oz mug; I was sent Lupine. Having to pay to return defective products is bad enough; going against a specific request for a replacement is OFFENSIVE.

The lid just doesnt work, maybe its the lid on this mug? Why design like this if intended for travel? Spills everywhere, please design a new lid for it
