30 seconds in the microwave to warm up my coffee. For the price you would think it would be more sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every time I had coffee or tea in it there was a substance floating on top of the drink. I know it was the cup because I tried in my old cup and it was fine. I probably won’t use it for drinking out of.

Does not fit into cup holders, very inconvenient for on the go.

The design is good, and the size is, too - but the aluminum walls (and plastic cover) do NOT keep my tea or coffee warm past about 20 minutes (and this is pouring a just-off-the-boil beverage in it). Adding more layers of aluminum must be the requirement in order to fix this!

was surprised that the mag lid is not sealed. it have a small hole on its top

The handle is loose on the cup otherwise it would be great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a tiny hole, by the mouth switch which lets out air, but it also lets out liquid. So if you are not holding it upright , it will leak out liquid. I had it inside my backpack and it tilted on the side , my backpack got wet.

I saw other reviews on this mug saying they don’t keep coffee warm and I was hoping it wasn’t true. The cup is very cute and comfortable to hold but my coffee is literally cold an hour later. I might as well have bought a non-insulated coffee cup for a much cheaper price. These cups are overpriced in general but to not even keep the coffee warm, is a huge bummer.
