The design of these mugs is attractive and user friendly. It’s comfortable to hold and easy to clean. I wish they kept my coffee warmer longer, though.

I thought it might be awkward to drink from, but it wasn't. I like having the handle, and only wish I'd bought the larger size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] But…. My ONLY critique is that it is not 100% leak proof. It has a little slit on lid which I assume is functional, but if the cup becomes not standing for any reason (carrying in bag) it will leak everywhere! If you just hold it the whole time, or leave on table, then it keeps your drink warm for a long time!!

Very nice finish and quality. Due to the failure of the product's painted surface on drinkware the areas where consumer's lips would touch the cup should remain BARE METAL to prevent ingesting paint chips when the paint begins to peel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cup - I bought this brand because there is no lead in any part of the cup, accessible or inaccessible. Reintroducing lead into our consumer products is just plain ridiculous and I'm happy you went the other direction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the color of this 12 ounce mug. More so, I like the size for my hot tea every morning. I was surprised that it wasn’t metal on the outside. It is metal inside. It keeps my tea warm for a couple hours if needed & encourages me to drink it down quickly before it begins to cool. I was glad to get it on sale!
