[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 2 of these mugs. One of them is great, the other has a lid that keeps lifting up. It's almost like the lid is a bit too big. I can use the lid from the good one , but it's a shame that it doesn't fit properly so the 2 mugs can't be used at the same time

I bought one of these mugs years ago for my office, and the lid that it came with had a very small slit in it. The small slit accomplished two things. It allowed the coffee to stay hot and it allowed you to drink from it without any drips. I recently purchased another mug for my home, and it came with a new lid. The new lid, however, has a sliding top where I have tried all different positions, and it just constantly drips all over the place. I wish they would sell the older lid as an option, but they do not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] External material has changed to a cheap feeling plastic. Coffee is frequently sputtering out of the top vent of the lid. When you take a drink there is a small gap between the cup and lid where coffee will collect and leak down the side.

I like the mug, but wish they had an 11 oz size. It doesn’t keep your coffee hot. It stays warm to like warm. I was a little disappointed for the price.

Bought this today, wanted a better one than the cheaper ones I've bought in the past, this is the most expensive one I've ever had, won't be buying again, so disappointed, tea not kept hot for more than an hour, leaked everywhere, I'll be going back to the cheaper versions again..
