i have a 12 oz mug and the exterior insulator cracks. i thought this is build for toughness

This product does not keep the heat for even an hour!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly not very happy with the product. It does not keep my drink hot/warm for very long, maybe an hour and a half until it’s basically room temp. There’s basically no difference than drinking from a regular mug. Yeti makes a much better version of this – kept my drink hot/warm for nearly 4 hours. I couldn’t even drink out of the Yeti for nearly an hour it kept my drinks so hot for so long. Only bought HydroFlask this time because I’ve been very happy with my other purchases (water bottles) and figured this mug would at least be comparable. In this regard, HF can’t even compete with Yeti’s version.
