[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my Hydro Flask mug at first, but after just a month, the colored coating started peeling off. I only hand wash it and treat it carefully, so this was really disappointing. it doesn’t keep my drinks hot for long. I submitted an exchange form, but the process is extremely complicated and frustrating - 4 weeks of refund process!
