[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the second time I’ve purchased a mug with a lid that does not seal all around the rim of the cup when pushed on. Consequently, it dribbles when I drink from it. I’ve tried everything! I’m putting up with it at this point because I love everything else about this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute cup, but the plastic on the outside of the cup isn't flush with the stainless steel. Probably won't order another of the mugs with the plastic coating/handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inside is easily stained. The newly designed lid allows too much liquid--hot coffee or tea--to come out. Using my old lid. Really not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High quality finish. Good insulation. But mug leaks all over the place, even with a slight tilt - therefore not quite there yet in terms of final product.

Received this cup for Christmas and after a month my coffee doesn't seem to stay hot. Pour coffee in at 830am and by 930am already lukewarm coffee. I do not see any issues with the seal and don't leave it opened.
