This belt is too big, I will be sending it back to you.

Beyond frustrated. I have been sent the wrong size twice now. Each time means a 30 minute wasted trip to the UPS store to return it. How hard can it be to send the right item. Looks like a good product but whoever is shipping needs training.

I ordered once, and the belt had defects so I had it returned and ordered another. The second one came in with defects as well, the exterior was already peeling.
