My original post is below but since then, my review has changed. I've had this belt now for nearly a year, it will be a year in a month or two, and for the most part I have like it, the belt itself has held up like no other belt I've had before and so I am impressed and still like the belt. The buckle, however, seems to not function as well over time. A few months ago I started to notice that the buckle would slip as I would be walking. I passed it off at first thinking the first few times were a fluke, but they slowly increased throughout the day to the point where, now, I could tighten the belt, but and less than a minute later it will slip again to the point that it isn't functioning as a belt but a decoration. My famoly lives on a budget and so when we get something, we try to find items that may not be cheap, but are definitely of good quality and would last for a long time. I'm sorry to say that I am dissapointed with this belt as it didn't even last a year. ******************************************************************* This is my first ratchet belt and I love it! If I'm at work and my pants are starting to fall down, tightening the belt is super easy! Or if I just ate a lot and the belt is getting toot tight, loosening it is just as simple. There are no holes to over use so it seems to be lasting a lot longer than my usual belts. I highly recommend

I bought this so I could use the buckle with another belt I own. This one seems well-made out of the box, but it's not the 1 3/8" width advertised. More like 1 1/4".

The belt is nice looking. Easy to size down. Latch is difficult to catch and will not stay that way. Lever on the side makes no difference. I had a lot of hope for these. I had to use a latch from another belt to get this to work.

I reallly like the belt but the outer layer has split open in just under 2 months. Would like to replace it if there is a warranty.

I bought my first belt in 2017 and it lasted 4 years until the button finally stripped out. I bought another one in august of 2021 and it is already stripped out as well and it’s March 2022. I am left handed so the button is on the bottom instead of the top, so that may make some difference. Loved the belt but will be trying a different brand next because of the button

Misleading description Advertised as being 1.38" wide and is under 1.2" wide As with another reviewer, I expected leather..but found that is only partially true. As for durability, I will see but probably won't order this brand again because of misleading or false descriptions
