They only last an hour.

I’ve had these earbuds for over a year now, and have been experiencing many quality problems. The sounds is good however they have several issues with connection lost to my cell which cannot be re established but by placing back earbuds to case. Also sometimes only one side disconnects. It’s also very inconvenient not to have any buttons but only the voice command as Alexa does not always work for unknown reasons.honestly this earbuds are useless without a reliable Bluetooth connection. Connection is dropped every few seconds and it’s not easy to restablece it but with placing on the case. Re setting, nor re-installing app have worked. Seems this is a serious hardware bad quality issue.

Worked great for 2 years. One day they just stopped working. World not charge, blinking red light on the charging box. Internet said the fix was to throw them, and the charging box, against the wall. Didn't work.

These worked for less than a yeah and I was never able to get any support

Have done everything support has said to do. They lose bluetooth connection every 6 minutes. Total reboot get them to reconnect. Past warranty. No help. Junk.

Although advertised as being able to connect to anything bluetooth, these do not connect well or at all to a windows or mac laptop. They only seem to work with a phone that has the Alexa app installed. They refuse to pair with anything else. That is it. If you use it on a phone with Alexa, they work great. Otherwise, they are the opposite of great.

They fall out of my ears and I want to use them but this doesn’t fit my ears

bought two of them and within 1.5 years both are having issues where the case is not charging the headphones. Well so much for saving carbon in building product but if the thing doesn't last so much waste will go back in

You get what you pay for with these headphones. I had to replace them twice and reset them multiple times due to ringing or losing Bluetooth connections.
