Picks up thick dog fur, cat fur, and crumbs better than my Kirby! We have 2 dogs, 2 cats and two kids that leave messes in their wake. This vacuum picks up stuff my Kirby left behind! I knew it wasn’t vacuuming as well, but I didn’t realize it would be outperformed by a $100 Bissel! I’m in awe and so pleased!

Wow! I’ve been a loyal Dyson animal user for most of my adult life and have been through 3 of them. My kids clothes were constantly covered in animal hair when playing on the floor, even though the canister of the vacuum would be full when I emptied it. I was tired of investing many hundreds into a vacuum that just didn’t impress me anymore, so I went with this because it was well rated and cheap. O!M!G! I vacuumed with the Dyson and it was full. I followed up with this vacuum and emptied a full canister after EVERY area rug! Each picture included was a separate canister from a separate area rug. It was getting dirt and hair the Dyson hadn’t for who knows how long. Never going back!

Clearly, the same person is leaving negative reviews about 4 belts breaking. Get a life, and return the vac if you aren't happy. Great vac!

Holy cow! I have three dogs and two cats and a house full of hair. My old vacuum finally died after many years of use- and I wish it died sooner. I vacuumed my living room with my old vacuum right before it died- bought this new vacuum the same day and decided to vacuum the living room again. JESUS the amount of hair that this new vacuum picked up was disgusting, satisfying, and embarrassing all at once. I would recommend this bissell cleanview swivel vacuum to ANYBODY with pets or just a messy house! It is lightweight, maneuvers beautifully, and picks up all of the pet hair!! I hope it performs this well for the rest of my life.

I have a large golden retriever and this works great!

Superb for mid pile carpet. Not too noisy, very good suction, very easy to clean, and filter is washable, what do you eant more?
