Vacuum worked for a couple of months and then stopped. I luckily purchased the insurance for this device via Allstate at checkout. Once the vacuum stopped working I attempted to use the insurance. Much to my surprise Allstate won’t cover the device because it’s still under manufacture warranty. Bissell has been unresponsive. So, all in all, Target gained $217 for me to have this device for 5 months. They will not allow me to return the device either because it’s outside their policy. The same policy that does not mention OPENED vacuums have to be returned within 90 days. I will never buy another device from Target and I’m highly upset because who has $217 to throw away in 2024?

I am very disappointed with this product and customer care at Target. Like other reviews there is a burning smell whether or not the belt needs to be changed, I barely used this but unfortunately it took after 90 days for it to show me it's real quality. Horrible!

Like other reviewers mentioned, belt breaks! Smells like rubber. Had long enough for return window to close. Oh well.

Worked great for just about two months before the belt started melting, the vacuum started smoking, and, obviously, the roller stopped working. I have tried to reach Bissell customer service without any luck. I am super disappointed. Didn't work great on the one rug we had either. For hard floors, while it worked, it was great.

This is my second purchase I thought I broke the last one or it was a bad one but no. This one died on me faster than the first only worked for 3 months. Don’t waste your time and money on this one.

I'm 47 years old this is the worst product I have ever bought in my life I would not recommend this to my worst enemy unless he was going to vacuum hardwood floors or linoleum

No place to onboard store the flexible crevice tool. Called cust service. Was told to put in a safe place or in the storage bag. There is no storage bag! With a husband, 2 kids, 5 dogs & 2 grandsons, I don't have time to put a tool "In a safe place". This is going back. Already boxed up. So disappointed poor design, clueless cust service.
