The product took 45 minutes to an hour to heat up properly. The process was very time consuming. All hair was not removed.

Removal of the product is not great. Did a test patch and refused to use it anywhere else. Not worth the money. Rather continue for a professional to wax me

When this arrived, everything was covered in oil and really greasy feeling because one of the bottles was open. I was quite surprised that the bottles weren't sealed in plastic or something. And due to that, the included instructional dvd did not work.

This item takes forever to heat up and melt the wax. I can’t tell you how long it takes because I gave up after 2 hours on high setting. Must be broken!! Can’t refund due to hygiene reasons?!

Took forever to warm up the wax. Really difficult to use. Wish I could return it :(

DO NOT USE THE WAX!! I have been professionally waxing for 15 years and this was the worst experience! The wax hardens in less time than it takes to put the strip over it I had to literally peel the wax off my skin as if it were cold wax which was very painful as it is hot wax. My body is in literal pain from the experience. Do not recommend at all and never in my life with all the wax pots I have used have I ever seen anything like this.

This wax comes off in patches and is extremely painful compared to other hard waxes. The rest of the reviews about this wax are true, I should have listened since it can’t be returned. The warmer is good but if just recommend buying a warmer and then the Cepril blue wax , it will cost you a little more then this kit but well worth it.

I am disappointed in this purchase. The quality of the product is cheap. The device is missing the setting titles below the button, “Off, L, M, H” as shown in the picture I have uploaded. My package is also missing the DVD. It took about an hour for the wax to melt.

Absolutely awful. I followed all of the instructions, and it was the most painful experience of my life. I tried to do my own bikini wax, which I do myself using strip wax at least twice a month so I’m very used to it. But this, oh my this felt like torture. Halfway through I was in tears and had to stop. Took me 1 hour to do half, plus 2 hours for the wax to completely melt. What a waste of time and money. It’s a shame I can’t return this, it’s going straight in the trash.

The only decent thing about this package is the lotions and wax warmer. The wax itself is awful and the fabric strips DO NOT work; they are too thin and the wax seeps through the, messy af and not what you want. Save your money and shop elsewhere, what a waste.
