Works a treat - however The dome lid was cracked on opening it is quite flimsy ..my attempts to contact seller for just a new lid was incredibly painful, the choices you get for returns need amending, why return a whole box when something so small could just be sent, so through frustration i gave up.

Please do not use the hard wax. This is what it did to my legs. The warmer works great but the wax is a big NO NO

Product arrived damaged, broken plastic pieces all in the box...

The warmer stopped working after 18 months. I used it once a month so only got 18 uses of it.

Mine was missing the CD! Not easy to use and messy.

Only received the warmer and lotions. Every other item (wax, applicators, strips) were all missing which makes the kit kind of useless.
