I'm not a professional, and I rarely get waxed. This kit was easy to use and the dvd instruction that came with it was very helpful and I also did extra research on the internet on this product, how to use it, pros and cons, etc. This was the first time I decided to do a Brazilian wax on myself. It was a little painful (as expected) and a little messy at first, but once I got used to it it was pretty easy. The hard wax took a little longer to heat up than stated but I just mixed it around with the wooden stick and was able to use the parts that were melted. Overall, I really like this product. Everything was new and my first experience with this was really positive.

Did the job and with a little practice it will be a huge cost saver
