love this but pot gets messy

It worked great for the underarms and bikini area but sucked for removing hair on the upper lip, eyebrows, legs and arms. And when it came in the mail the plastic lid was broken but I think that was more of a handling issue by the post office.

My lid came cracked.

The wax doesn't work all that well taking the hair off! My microwave wax kit did so much better than this. Will have to buy a different wax for it

very messy if you are not very careful. but does a good job. I will try hard wax next time

Guys send your girl to the waxer for the first time. It was a long painful 2 hours first time wax i gave my girl and i had left a lot of strays, you need a pro to do the first couple waxes. The 2nd time i did it i was getting better but man it is a head ache. just send your girl to get waxed,

The warmer seems to be working just fine. However the pre epilating bottle was open so was spilt on everything that was inside and the outside brown box.
