Too much of a mess and hard to use

Received the product today and the oil spilled all over the inside of the shipping box--instructional dvd, power plug,paper instructions, and wax cover!! It literally stained the outside of the shipping box. How am I supposed to use this now?!

The small bottles of liquid that come with the kit are not properly sealed from the factory. Multiple bottles leaked everywhere inside the box during shipment. Thankfully the return process was quick and simple. I plan on ordering another and reporting on the performance when it arrives.

Everything was going fine... Until I opened the sealed box and found the lid brokennn....

Everything in the packaging is good quality however I got an allergic reaction and I am not allergic to anything else, ever.

The kit did not have any templates for eyebrows. Was very messy and hard to use. Would not purchase again.

The kit is nice, but the wax quality is not so good. I have tried other types of was and they were awesome.

Everything came intact. I am very disappointed in the creme wax though..it does not harden enough to grab hair and pull it out. It stays a gummy consistency.

While it get the job done, its so messy/sticky and not easy to clean off even with he Wax Off product. For me, its not worth the hassle.
