Too much of a complex mess.

Great kit but plastic cover was delivered shattered.

You should be a professional to use this product. For me it was a mess...It took me so many days to get rid of wax drops from floor.... I don't like it

Too hard to use

Did not know it should not be used by folks with diabetes.

My wife and daughter say this does not work too well, and the wax it not great.

Messy, I don't have the patience for this.

The wax isn't good quality.

The top to my gigi mini pro was cracked when it was received. Not very happy with that! I might have to return it
