Love the warmer although I would never recommend the hard wax it makes the process way more painful than the honne wax.

I was so excited to try this product because of the reviews. Bad thing, both of the oil/gel bottles that come with this set were not sealed tightly and spilled all over the equipment. I haven't plugged it in yet because I'm still cleaning the mess up. I'll update when I get everything off and plugged in.

The wax cover was broken when it arrived. It made me bleed and I had to tweeze off alot of left over hair. However, it did a great job on my husband's underarm. His hair came off clean with no bleeding and no left overs, I'm jealous. It probably had to do with hair type and length? His hair was much longer and my skin is alot more sensitive due to me being pregnant. The wax was easy to use and wasnt to much of a mess for me. I gave it 3 stars because I had alot of left overs and one of the contents were broken when it arrived. I guess the results are different for everybody..

It is OK, but will not buy this again

I found the wax too hard to remove. Also it takes around 40 minutes for the wax to melt. That's a lot of time.

Wax doesn't really seem to harden to the right consitancy either to sticky or to dry

Really hard to get a hold of wax to yank off. Also instructions for how to wax aren't included so do research

Wax doesn't get as hot and thin as it should which makes it harder to use

Everything seemed great but when I used it...not sure if it was the wax or the strips, but did not remove hair. what a disappointment.
