Everything that I wanted. I guess it doesn't come with wax remover but I may have read that wrong. It works great. I'm very happy as in stores the wax pot alone is this pricw not including everything. I use it for me and my girlfriends

Love it. I need to order 2 tins at a time for me as I might apply the sections to thick...happy all the same. The lid was cracked when delivered and oil tester was open within the parcel. The sender re-embursed me partially. Customer service was amazing!

It works very well! It takes between 45 minutes to an hour and a half to heat up, but this ensure no over-hearting. It doesn't crack at all like some people said, unless it stays on your body for way too long. This purchase was definitely worth it.

Arrived before expected. Everything was accounted for and works great! I am a first time by myself user of this kind of products so it was messy my first go around but i know after a few more rounds, it'll be a lot better!

Hard to see Green ligt is hit and take time understand when the righy tempreture for wax is. But is 100% worth it
