This came without products of the cream wax, strips or sticks and the product that it did come with came half full and looked used im pretty disappointed and would like it replaced or my money back

Giving lower reviews because its supposed to come with a DVD instructions and it wasn’t in the package. I asked about it and got no response. So its hard to get wax right i found i struggled between it setting and not being set enough then waiting longer and it being TOO set and breaking then im pulling tiny pieces of wax off and it becsme a big mess. Great for face but after doing one lower leg i said eff this and now have one half smooth half patchy leg snd one hairy leg.

I have been waxed before, and have tied those Nair wax strips (which don't work) athome. I bought this in hopes that I could wax my own legs, which I expected there to be a learning curve...it was one of the most challenging self beauty care tasks I have ever taken on. 1. I could hold my skin taught and ripe the wax off properly at the same time, I would have needed a third hand... 2. So much messier than I had expected, I ended up with wax all over the floor by the time I gave up 3. Time-consuming and not very good results, due to my own lack of experience. I did not feel this was something I could get better at, I truly think it's better to have some assistance, using this kit solo would not work. I do not recommend for first-time waxers.

I was very excited to try but then ended up very disappointed It made my skin all inflamed and painful after waxing ,and i explained my problem to the seller but they just did refund fof the wax which is not good enough...very very disappointed

This was definitely not what I was hoping for. When I first opened the box, one of the bottles of gel had opened and it was everywhere. The warmer was wrapped separately and no oil on it so I decided to go ahead and try it. It took 2 hours to heat up, it’s difficult to spread the wax because the warmer keeps fluctuating so you have to keep adjusting it. And the warming “collar “ is a circle cut out of cardboard! The lid doesn’t stay on by itself and the wax is very difficult to get off of your skin. Very disappointed.

I read ALL 30 of the reviews before I went and purchased this jar of suck ass waxing product today. For better or worse, I needed my own personal experience. "Perhaps those online country bumpkins didn't do it right", I thought to myself, and I HAPPILY gave the lady behind the counter $21.97 for the all in one microwavable kit and merrily drove home, eager to get rid of all of my new 1/4 inch hair that was growing from my last professional wax. I read the instructions, showered, just to make sure I was extra clean, and waited about 15 minutes, reading all of the instructions at the same time. I warmed it in the microwave to the "carmel" consistency and gently slabbed it on my "hello kitty", exactly as I have seen the ladies at the salon do. YOWSERS!! When I tried to pull it off, it was not hard and stiff, allowing for easy removal- it was very taffy-like and stringy. I've spent the last 35 minutes pain-stakingly removing the ONE LINE OF WAX I applied, and felt each.single.hair.being.removed. :( It felt worse than if I were to tweeze myself down there. Word of advice, save your money and cough up the $40 to get properly waxed, which is what I'm going to have to end up doing anyway.... :(

omg this hurt so bad i cried real tears but smelled like honey so im making it into a candle and selling them to my sister in law

The Instruction CD does not work. It cannot be read by my laptop. I had to figure it out by myself

I bought this item after reading the reviews. But if anybody have lots of time and money then they can buy this. 1.The wax will take close to 2 hours to melt. 2. The hair will not come off properly still you have to use tweezer or razor. 3. It took nearly 1 hour for me to shave a single hand, I am not new to waxing I am doing it since 15 years.

The actual waxing honey sucks. It don’t not pick up hair. I have to go over an area a few times and still pluck. I’m just going to keep the kit for the warmer it does warm well. I will still have to buy another wax 😔
