I have had no luck with this! Takes forever to heat up and then it dose not even work when you finally get t to heat

The kit came very quickly and is of good quality. However, the pre-epilation oil bottle was open when it arrived, so everything in the box was a greasy mess, and the bottle empty. Totally unacceptable!

Very messy and not all part were included. Also didn't work well... left too many hairs behind no matter how many times I used it.

I wasn't able to use it because the lid was broken at arrival so I just gift it before trying to use it

Cumbersome to use, zip-off cloths not included, wax ended up everywhere. Spent more on olive oil to remove excess wax than it I'd gone to the salon.

Messy, just go to the Salon and have a professional do it.

The wax is a straight-up mess. I am very dissappointed with this purchase. Unfortunately this was a waste of money.

I have never seen my wife in so much pain, mother of all that's holy be prepared for the worst experience of tour life. Two stars because it did remove the hair down there.

Good product for professionals but NOT for beginners!!!!
