So I'm upset that when I opened the box, the heat tray had a HUGE crack down it. That's disappointing. And the wax is okay, really sticky. I'll switch it up when I'm done with that

I do like this, but maybe it's something that i need to get used to. Hurt a lot, same as regular waxing, so that bit about it not being as painful is not true. Unless if maybe you put some baby powder down on the area before waxing. Over all, i do like it, i just need to use it slowly at a time.

Wax residue is almost impossible to remove

Oil everywhere in the box. No safety seal on oil bottle and half of the bottle is gone.

Messy as hell! I would just go to a salon.

The whole product is very nice and useful, I just wasn't thrilled that when I got my package the Pre-Epilation Oil was partially opened and spilled all over the box. Smeared the writing completely off the warmer. Still worked great, but lets keep the stuff we pay for in the container because the returns can sure be a hassle.

Seems like it takes the wax a really long time to melt.
