I liked it so much ...easy to use n mess free as it includes one collar + Tutorial CD+ Everything they mentioned in this description... However it takes time to melt fully around 20 minutes...Overall perfect product ....

Decided to buy this pot after my $30 one broke. I’m super happy with this warmer so far, not 100% sure if you can use this with wax beads but the wax it comes with works nicely!

Great product, doesnt burn my skin. My first waxing experience went better than I expected. There’s just one thing I don’t like is they sent me some samples. All instructions are in French (I guess) that I have no idea what are those for 🙄

I really liked this wax however i would not recommend using it for Brazilians. It’s great for underarms and bikini and eyebrows but not really course pubic hair as I find it sticks and doesn’t peel off altogether, making it really painful. Other than that great value for your money!

I like this! The wax is a bit difficult to work with, but it works. Clorox wipes are great for cleanup!

Used it to wax upper lip and between eyebrows.

I give this item a 4 because: (1) the lid was cracked upon arrival and it couldn't have been from the packaging as it was very secure in the box, and (2) there is a HUGE learning curve for the transgender woman doing it herself for the first time. As I learned along the way, however, the wax worked great. When I let it dry properly, the hair came right out with little pain. I would suggest keeping the pre-op trans women in mind.

Nice product. Wasnt used to hard wax but the product worked well. Just need more practice. The warmer is pretty neat.
