Product came on time, as shown, and exceeded my expectations. The extent of my home waxing has been using drug store products on my eyebrows which are a complete waste of money. I used this product on my eyebrows and did a full Brazilian in just over an hour. The only complaint is my own lack of expertise in this area (pun intended) which I'm sure will improve with each use. Highly recommend this product!

Nice little starter kit I do find it to be very sensitive for heat and I keep it on low at all times and never need to go above that.
