So not recommend. Difficult to use and strips hard to manipulate. Would like to return it.

Just received our kit today - broken lid and missing the strips and sticks. Box looked like someone had returned it previously.

Takes along time to warm up.

It's toó sticky i hate it. Its no a good opcion

It sucks. The wax never heated even after witing for hours.

this thing just took of some of my skin and left all the hair horrible product

I don't know if it is the wax that comes with the package but I tried twice to wax and it only made a huge sticky mess. It's like the wax doesn't stay hot enough even if I kept it covered. I am very disappointed and am stuck with the product. I would say buyer beware.

Bought this for my granddaughter as it was on her Christmas list. It is nothing but a sticky mess. This stuff sticks to everything it touches..as far as removing hair...it also removed her skin...looked like a chemical burn...tried the honey and pink wax too...both were a mess...and both ended up in the trash.

Bought this from Sally's. Thw warmer is okay but the wax and strips are HORRIBLE! It's impossible to take off of your skin once the stripdoesnt remove it! Very painful.

Extremely hard to use. Product stuck to my skin event with the Pre Epilation Oil. Wax broke off in different areas.
