Okey, the package came in perfect conditions. But once I start putting the wax with one of the stick it didn't sick well and I made a mess cause latter the were sticky tings all over my body and floor. And once you try to take off the wax is too painful. Iwill never buy it again. =(

I don’t like hard wax

Not sure why but it takes forever to heat up. The instructions manual says it's 25-30 minutes but I took about an hour for it to heat up on the highest setting. Other than that issue, this works perfectly fine. Although, it hurts a LOT for waxing in my lady parts... maybe it's just me. I couldn't wear anything for the next few hours because it hurt so much.

The waxing cream is awful :( very disappointed​

It's complicated to use, very messy, and doesn't do a good of removing hair.

I like the product, however when I received the box, all of the oil spilt throughout the box.

warmer is good but wax cream is not good its like a chewgum its stick to skin nd i find difficulty to remove it and other things wth ths useless

The wax cream is awful and messy.I would not recommend this to anyone. It takes a long time to heat up as well. Alot of work for just trying to wax your eyebrows.

Not sure about function yet but the lid arrived in pieces
