This product is good...but SO MESSY AND STICKY! Whenever I use it, it gets everywhere! Maybe it's because I'm new at this, but I can't seem to pull off all of the hair either. Maybe buying different papers would work instead of the ones provided? I kind of wish I wouldn't have bought this... I'd rather pay the 30 bucks at the salon every time!

The kit is good but the Creme Wax is terrible/ impossible to work with. I had to order the Honey wax seperately.

It is good but too much to clean after I finished waxing. It is hard as well. I will go bake to honey one and not cream one.

I thought I was orderng wax for the face not realizing that it was Brazilian wax. I wanted to send it back but it doesn't qualify for a refund. It doesn't come with the strip cloth that I'm use to for removing the wax. So I decided I better watch the the DVD that comes with it. I found out that the wax is the strips. Just apply and wait a few seconds until it sets then remove the opposite direction that you applied. It's so easy. I only used it on my face and I love it. Make sure you watch the video

I had this unit before which I gave to one of my friend's daughter since I am going laser. It is very slow to heat up the wax. You should plug it in 2-3 hrs ahead of time so you have the right consistency to get the job done. Once it gets upto the desired heat, it keep it warm and you can get through the job quickly.

Love this kit, except for the leaking bottle upon opening. 1/3 of the bottle had leaked.

Needs pratice to do it on ur own.. But its still serve its purpose...

Works great but the part where you connect it to the wall with is very cheaply made and breaks easily.

The package came exactly as I expected, though the DVD wasn't terribly helpful for a beginner who knows nothing about waxing. I had to watch some youtube videos and stuff for more info. I cannot believe the price - half the cost of getting it done in a salon, nevermind with tip. The tub stretches pretty far, too, so you get a lot of bang for your buck. Warning: if you have never waxed yourself before, the first time can be HORRIBLE. It took me 3 hours, the majority of which was spent mustering up the courage to inflict massive pain on myself. Be prepared.

I gave this product 3 stars because it does not come with all lotions or powder required. Disappointed that I have to purchase additional unadvertised products
