I bought this from Sally Beauty Supply. Yes, the wax works and so do the muslin strips but the ABSOLUTE MESS that this is produced is not worth it! Each time I've used this, I can't seem to get the extra wax off my counter tops, floor, and self. I tried using baby oil, as well as other wipes and nothing worked, so unfortunately I had to dump this $30 product in the trash and have decided to leave waxing to the experts.

I understand that my wife might be a one-off, but since trying this system last weekend, she has been bedridden for 4 days with a horrendous skin rash covering her lower abdomen and pubic area. She cannot sleep, she is miserable, and we have tried everything short of steroid creams, benedryl, cold packs, hydro cortisone creams and lots of rest, but she is in hell. She has been waxing at the Four Seasons for years without issue. If your skin is at all sensitive, or if you have a history of histamine reactions, be very careful selecting this product. Worst wax ever. Didnt come off with cloth wax strips. Took me an hour to scrape it off and rub it away with nail Polish remover - still trying to get it all off.

I noticed all the reviews on this kit complained about the wax. Well it is no wonder this wax doesn't work with the muslin strips. For a cream wax you should use cloth strips not muslin. Muslin strips work best for honee waxes. This kit is expensive and doesn't give you what you want. Get the warmer by itself. I went to a beauty supply store and I got the warmer, free honee wax, 100 free muslin strips, for 25 bucks. I got it at Sally's beauty supply store during their month of June sale. Don't get the wax off btw it doesn't work nearly as well as baby oil. Rubbing alcohol works for getting it off other surfaces. Make sure you get more collars!

I think my warmer is broken. Even on low it seems to be on high heat.

I won't use again. It's extremely messy and hard to clean excess off. I don't like it. I ended up going to a professional

Worse ever the pot take toooooo long to warm it up and also the wax is so bad look at my pictures please don't waste your money

Dont buy this product.Its more sticky and wax removal is not working properly.Once it is sticked ti any thing u need to spend more hrs to remove the wax.Its like a fevicol.

The warmer itself works great, the wax however must go. I am used to using the Deplieve wax but wanted to give this a try after reading the reviews & that it was for sensitive skin. My skin peeled for almost 2 weeks after the wax. The wax was quite thick and it was very hot so the temperature was not a factor in the thickness. I have yet to see if the deplieve wax fits in the Gigi but fingers crossed!

This stuff is a hot mess. The wax is waaaaaay too sticky. So sticky it made it nearly impossible to use. Got some of the hair off but irritated my skin like crazy. I only kept it for the wax warmer. 🙃
