This kit is perfect for an at home experience. First time using this kit as well as buying the Gigi softbwax on the side. I took time to try the hard and soft wax. Both work just fine as long as you follow directions. The only thing I personally disliked was the wax seamed to leak from the side of the container when I recieved my delivery... bit of a mess to clean, other then that very happy with the product.

I really am not that kf a risk taker when it comes to products like this but eversince I moved in Canada every waxing salon is expensive so I decided to DIY it at home. THIS IS WORTH IT!!! IF YOURE DOUBTING ABOUT THIS???? DONT! ADD TO CART! BUY. ITS WORTH IT, 2 minutes then youre done, its not that hot during application and also its really convenient and hassle free. ❤❤❤ I have never been more satisfied with a purchase in my life. Took all my armit hair out in 1 strip.

Easy to use and keep clean, you will need the collars. Every person should know how to wax their face and body and this is a great tool to have in your home. Saved me during quarantine.

I really enjoyed this product from start to finish. 1. Shipping was SO fast and it came with a bunch of free samples of hair shampoo and conditioner. 2. Instructions were easy to follow and the product was easy to set up 3. It takes time to learn how to use hard wax. Its not the system, after a couple tries I started to get the hang of it and started to know when the wax was the right temp to use, when it was hard/dried enough to pull off etc. 4. the warmer is excellent for at home jobs! You also dont necessarily have to use their brand wax. Option is nice! I recommend!

This is my first time waxing myself. I usually buy the wax strips from the store but they’re never effective. This was a recommendation from my friend so I tried it and was very pleased. It does not come with the waxing strips and it could be hard for the first time to wax easily especially when you’re using it on your private area. But, it’s very effective and I did wax my private area with this the first time and I was so satisfied with it

After a really bad breakup, I went a very significant amount of time without tending to the garden. It was an overgrown, dense, unwelcoming mess. The day finally came to bring it back to life, and I ordered this kit because I wasn't able to find my usual brand. I wasn't sure if this new gardener would be as good as my old one, and at a time when I needed a good one the most, it was a bit of a risky move. The nervousness was all for naught. This little worker bee is the best I have ever used. It works fast and efficiently, even in the densest brush, and leaves behind virtually no mess. All considering, it was a fairly painless process too. My one and only complaint (more of a suggestion) is that for some skin types, when it's used in not-so-great incadescent lighting, it's hard to see where the wax ends and you begin. A more vivid color would be handy. Other than that, a great wax - will be ordering it from now on.

Wow! I was so skeptical about using hard wax at home. I would go to a wax bar twice month to get professional waxes, but since COVID I haven’t been able to go so I bought this. It’s already paid for itself. So easy to use! Not messy at all. Just remember to let the wax firm up enough before pulling. The pre-wax oil was really nice as well. I did buy large spatulas to use instead of the ones it came with, and these worked great. Well worth the buy! Hard wax is so much better than soft/strip wax. Less painful and cleaner. I also found this formula did not make my skin as red as the salon wax I was used to. I would recommend this product over and over.

I never even left a review before but this product was so great I felt nah I gotta post a review. Listen this wax kit is just..perfect. Literally nothing bad to say. Everything came packaged nicely. Wax took about 2hrs to heat up. I found that leaving it on “low” after its done still keeps the wax slightly runny so what I did was once it was done heating up I turned it off completely which allowed it to cool down faster and give that thick gooey consistency you need for that perfect wax, worked great. Did my underarm and Brazilian myself and it was my first time! Followed the instructions to a T (except the “low” thingy) and also watched a few YouTube videos to get some visuals, and everything went smoothly just as I envisioned. Super happy with this product. If you thinking of getting this, you definitely should. Do not listen to the bad reviews 9.9/10 it’s them just not following the instructions and them not knowing how to do it and instead of taking accountablity for their own mistakes they choose to blame the company and the products. But anyways yes absolutely love it! Definitely get it!

After being burnt once too many times at salons claiming they could offer a Brazilian wax, I decided to take things into my own hands. I've used sugar wax with strips for everything else, but this waxing kit is the only way I can actually do an at-home Brazilian and keep it up regularly. I love it! That said, IT'S NOT SUGAR WAX! There will be a learning curve. It hardens fast, so don't try to do too many areas at once. Do small areas at a time. And make sure you have clothes (underwear and pants) that you wear on waxing days, because this stuff is hard to get off afterwards! Use something like coconut oil to get it off, because the post-wax oil that comes with this kit will probably not be enough. Take deep breaths, put on a podcast or audiobook, and get to it. The first time is the hardest, but afterwards, it's soo worth it! Good luck.

Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday. Got some free shampoo samples too! Product wise, I used it for brazilian bikini waxing. The kit performs similar to the result at the salon. Same as other reviewers' finding, it does took around an 1 hour for the wax to completely melt, so I just put on a timer and watch TV while waiting. For first time user (never tried waxing), I would recommend to go to a salon first or watch YouTube to learn how to wax different parts, as the product instruction sheet will only explain in words (no dummy picture guide or DVD). The warmer collar is helpful, and reading the instructions first before using helps to understand the basic device functionality.
