When I opened the box , I found out the lid was broken .

The wax is very brittle and breaks apart too easily, making it very difficult to remove once applied

NOT FOR BEGINNERS. I had a woman hard-wax me in a salon, it hurt so little and looked so easy! I had a very hard time with it on my own, haha. I'll be sticking to soft wax.

The only reason I don't give a better review is for the fact that my lid to go over the wax was broken completely when it arrived. My girlfriend was very disappointed to see this as was I.

The wax warmer works well. However I did not receive the PreHon lotion with my kit. Otherwise it was all it was advertised to be.

The wax it comes with sucks and the Muslim waxing strips suck too. Really want to give it 2.5 stars. I've tried using this a few times and it doesn't do what it should. I bought new white waxing stripes and it helped but the wax is horrible and doesn't stick to the hair. I'm going to try buying different wax and hope it helps. I had a gigi kit years before and it was great. I have no clue what happened to this company.

The hard wax is easy to apply but so difficult to remove. I should of went with the soft wax.

Warmer works great but the wax must have been old and didn't heat up properly. Had to throw away and buy a new one.
